OLD TELAVI – one of the oldest premium wine brands in Georgia, the history of which dates back to 1803 in the city of Telavi. It was then that the first batch of wines from the cellars of Telavian winemakers was sent to Russia as a sign of gratitude to a strong neighbor for protection and patronage. Old Telavi wines were to the liking of the Russian nobility and began to be supplied to many noble houses of that time
PRODUCER «KAKHURI»- the company was founded in 2000, and for more than 16 years has been producing wines of the highest quality, controlling the entire production cycle from grape harvesting to bottling. The plant is located in Telavi, occupies more than 2 hectares, is equipped with modern equipment, and can produce 2 million bottles of wine per year.
